Steel Strip Armoring for Low-Voltage Power Cables
The Steel Strip Armoring Machine is designed to apply an outer steel strip armor layer to low-voltage power cables. Multiple models support different strip widths and center channel diameters for varied cable structures.
The machine uses magnetic powder tension with current regulation to maintain stable strip pay-off from a full coil to an empty coil. Independent motor transmission supports controlled operation, while an optional upper-disc loading device can reduce manual handling. A double-head concentric configuration is available for applications requiring larger strip capacity.
