Stable Non-Metallic Tape Wrapping for Cables

The Non-Metallic Wrapping Machine is designed to apply non-metallic tape around different cable structures. It can be used to form insulation, separation and protective wrapping layers during communication, control and special cable production.

The machine uses a low-inertia concentric rotating structure with an independent motor drive. Current-controlled magnetic hysteresis tension maintains stable tape pay-off from a full roll to an empty roll. A fully enclosed guard, internal lighting and tape break protection support controlled production operation.
