Conductor Stranding and Compression for Power Cables

The Frame Strander is designed for stranding bare copper, bare aluminum and steel-reinforced aluminum conductors. It is also used for stranding and compressing circular or sector-shaped copper conductors and processing segmented conductors for power cable production.

The machine uses a rigid frame and one-piece shaft structure to support stable cage rotation and conductor formation. Electric or pneumatic bobbin loading can be selected, with side or lower-side loading arrangements available according to the required production layout and operating conditions.
