Controlled Copper Tape Shielding for Cable Cores

The Copper Tape Shielding Machine is designed to apply copper tape around different cable cores, forming a continuous metallic shielding layer for power cables, control cables, communication cables and other shielded cable structures.

The machine uses a concentric rotating structure with relatively low rotational inertia. Magnetic hysteresis pay-off tension is regulated by current control to maintain stable tape tension, while an independent motor drive supports consistent operation. The model and tape width range can be selected according to the cable diameter and shielding requirements.
