Multi-Core Cable Laying-Up for Large Cables

The 1000–1600 Cable Forming Machine is used to lay up insulated cores into complete cable structures for low-voltage power cables, rubber-sheathed cables, control cables and new energy charging cables.

The machine combines a planetary gear back-twist system with front and rear cage support for stable rotation. Mechanical or magnetic hysteresis tension control can be selected, while independent PLC closed-loop control maintains consistent tension during bobbin unwinding. Machine configuration can be selected according to cable structure and production requirements.
