Interlocking Metal Armor for Specialized Cables

The Interlocking Armor Machine is designed to form aluminum alloy or stainless steel strip into an interlocked protective layer around power cables, control cables and submersible pump cables. It supports round cable cores and selected flat single-core cable structures.

The machine uses active strip feeding and one-step forming with adjustable pneumatic friction tension. A zero-backlash flexible transmission supports consistent armor formation, while PLC and touchscreen control coordinate machine operation. Model, strip dimensions, cable passage range and armoring pitch can be selected according to the required cable construction.
