Controlled Concentric Wrapping for Cable Production

The Concentric Non-Metallic Wrapping Machine is designed to apply non-metallic tape around different cable structures. It is suitable for communication cables, industrial cables and special cables requiring concentric tape arrangement.

The machine uses an independent motor drive and a low-inertia concentric rotating structure. Magnetic hysteresis or servo tension control can be selected to maintain stable tape pay-off. A fully enclosed guard, internal lighting and tape break protection support controlled operation during continuous cable production.
