Copper Wire Shielding for Low-Voltage Power Cables
The Copper Wire Shielding Machine is designed to apply an external copper wire shielding layer around low-voltage power cable cores. It supports different copper wire diameters and center channel sizes for varied cable constructions.
Copper wire bobbins are mounted on shafts and controlled by mechanical friction or magnetic hysteresis tension. Independent motor transmission maintains a stable shielding pitch, while front and rear supports with a one-piece shaft improve concentricity and rotational stability. The machine is also equipped with a copper wire preforming device.
