MACHINE INFORMATION

Overview & Key Features

Flexible Cabling and Conductor Stranding

The 400–800 Cage Strander is designed for cabling insulated cores used in control cables, signal cables and small plastic cables. It is also suitable for stranding flexible copper conductors used in new energy charging cable production.

The machine uses a parallel planetary gear back-twist structure with magnetic hysteresis tension control or active pay-off. Stable bobbin tension is maintained during unwinding, while machine size, cage configuration and tension method can be selected according to conductor material and cable construction.

Key Features

  • Parallel planetary gear back-twist system
  • Independent PLC closed-loop tension control
  • Magnetic hysteresis tension control option
  • Motor-driven active pay-off option
  • Stable tension during bobbin unwinding
  • Hard-tooth gearbox transmission
  • Multiple cage configurations available
